Alpha Engine aggregates trading-card market data and applies analytical models to produce price statistics and signals. It is an informational and analytical tool only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice — see our Disclaimer.

• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must provide a valid email address and may not impersonate others or create accounts by automated means.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data or signals without written permission.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service and all signals are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Engine and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or purchasing losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
